Regulation
IMPORTANT
INFORMATIONS
ON BOOKING AND REGULATION
1.How to book
A. All bookings are to be made with the International All-American Basketball Camp. All campers must be responsable for there full cancellation cost once registration confirmation has taken place.
B. No contract exists until IAABBC (International All American Basketball Camp) has received a signed booking form and the required full payment for the camp at registration.
C. The person signing the booking form warrants to IAABBC that he or she has the authority of each party camper (and when a party camper is less than 18 years old, the authority of a parent or legal guardian) to contract with IAABBC on behalf of each such member on the basis of these conditions and have agreed to be bound by them.
D. All-American Basketball Summer Camp is divided in two sessions of one week each:
1st session from July 4 to July 9 2010
2nd session from July 11 to July 16 2010

Camp registration information:
All camper registration payment received before 31 December 2009 will be entitle to 10% discount from camp normal registration fees/cost. Camp registration after June 1, 2010 will have to pay 10% additional cost to camp registration fees/cost.
Last registration deadline date June 19, 2010. If camp enrollement is not complete the last registration date will take place when camp is completely filled. Maximum 150 participants per each camp session. The first 50 overnight participants will receive group rate rooms.
Individual or double private rooms will be available at extra cost. The remaining campers can only be day campers.
Please note:
After June 19, 2010 all camp registration or information must be requested by E-mail, www.basketcamp.ch , Fax, or Post.

2. Full payment and refunds
Full payment for the camp (s) contracted, including extra services, must be received at registration. Point (1) see cancellation cost.
3. Responsibilities of parents
Parents or guardians accept full financial responsibility for anyone they register in the IAABBC (children or adults) for the following reasons:
A. Damage caused, whether wilful or not, to facilities, equipment, clothing or anything else belonging to or leased by the IAABBC.
B. Repatriation expenses for any person having to be sent home or to a designated place, due to illness, accident, misbehaviour or any other reason deemed valid by the IAABBC.
C. Any pocket money or anything of a personal nature made on behalf of the child for anything not expressly included in the camp package.
D. Rental or purchase of any equipment deemed essential for a child to enjoy his/her camp due to their own equipment being unfit, unsafe or missing.
4. Children's behavior
Children, while under the full supervision of the IAABBC, are expected to comply with all IAABBC rules and regulations. IAABBC reserves the right, during their stay at the camp, to send any child home or to his/her parents, if in the opinion of IAABBC, the child is incompatible with the general well-being of the camp through his/her negligence of said rules and regulations.
5. Accident and Sickness Insurance
As almost all international children are enrolled in their own insurance schemes at home, accident, illness insurance is not covered automatically by the IAABBC, and is requiered by all campers. A medical and insurance certificate document must be presented before your child attends camp.
6. Cancellation or modification of programs
The IAABBC reserves the right to cancel or modify any program or programs listed in our brochure because of an insufficient number of participants or for any other reason beyond its control. If this rare event occurs, IAABBC will offer clients their choice of an alternative camp program or full refund of any money paid.
Otherwise campers cancellation fees is 50% of camp fee.
7. Escort service
This service is for campers travelling independently and not using IAABBC special transportation arrangements. This service will provide an IAABBC representative to meet incoming children and transport them to and from camp. These costs apply only for children arriving early or late, a supplement of CHF 30.- per family, round trip, will be charged for all locations.
8. Laundry service
For campers wishing to have their laundry done during a camp session: CHF 25.- per child per session (obligatory if the child stays for more than one session).
9. Extra night
Children needing to arrive early or stay longer than the normal dates of any camp session may do so . Cost is CHF 75.- per child per day-meals included. See item 8 regarding costs for early or late arrival. (+CHF 30.- special escort service).
10. Payment registration terms
Please include with your application the total payment fee day camper CHF 500.- overnight camper CHF 595.- /child.
10A. Full payment for extra services during registration?
Full payment for the camp(s) contracted, including extra services, night at the La Praille Mall, Game Centre, price already included in camp fee.
Transfer service CHF 30.- for individual, minimum 10 persons for discount group rate.
Extra days at camp-early arrival-week-ends spent at camp CHF 75.- per day, include meals and accommodation, laundry service once a week CHF 25.-, All extra requests must be included and paid in your registration fees for campers requesting these services.
11. Campers should confirm final registration check-in in section (Private details).
Final registration and check-in detailed information will explaining everything you need to know for your child's arrival-departure and stay at camp. Please read it carefully.
